150 ml double cream
60 g caster sugar
240 ml full fat milk
2 ½ tsp vanilla paste

Add all the ingredients to a bowl and whisk together until sugar is dissolved.

Add to an ice cream tub, replace lid, and freeze for at least 24 hours.
