100 ml plain yoghurt
130 ml double cream
130 ml full fat milk
60 g caster sugar
2 tsp vanilla paste

Combine all ingredients to a bowl and whisk together until sugar is dissolved.

Add to an ice cream tub, replace lid, and freeze for at least 24 hours.
