Ingredienti

80 g cream cheese
210 ml double cream
90 ml full fat milk
2 tsp vanilla paste
100 g caster sugar
8-10 strawberries, stalks removed and washed
2 digestive biscuits, broken into small pieces

STEP 1

Add the strawberries and sugar to a bowl and blend until smooth. Pass through a fine sieve to remove seeds.

In a bowl, combine the strawberry purée, cream cheese, cream, milk, and vanilla. Mix until well combined.

Add to an ice cream tub, replace lid, and freeze for at least 24 hours.

Use the ICE CREAM setting to process.

Once processed, make a hole in the middle and add the biscuit pieces.
