Ingredienti

120 g fresh raspberries
80 g caster sugar
100 ml plain yoghurt
100 ml double cream
120 ml full fat milk

STEP 1

Add the raspberries and sugar to a bowl and blend until smooth. Pass through a fine sieve to remove the seeds.

Add all the remaining ingredients to the bowl and whisk together until combined.

Add to an ice cream tub, replace lid, and freeze for at least 24 hours.

Use the FROZEN YOGHURT setting to mix.
