250 ml single cream
120 ml skimmed milk
45 ml agave
2 tbsp cocoa powder

Place all ingredients in a pan and heat gently to a boil, stirring throughout. Set aside to cool.

Add to an ice cream tub, replace lid, and freeze for at least 24 hours.
