Mini Sfoglie di Salsiccia

Piccoli bocconcini di sfoglia ripieni da gustare a pranzo o come piccolo snack spezza-fame.

Ingredienti
  • 250g di salsiccia
  • 1 cipollotto tritato
  • 1 cucchiaio di prezzemolo tritato
  • Sale e pepe
  • 2 fogli di pasta sfoglia

 

Procedimento (Dosi per 16 persone)

  1. Preriscaldare il forno a 180°C.
  2. Unire Mix together the sausage meat, onion, parsley and salt and pepper for the sausage filling.
  3. Cut each pastry sheet into 8 squares. Roll small portions of the meat mixture into a log shape and place on one edge of the pastry square. Roll up with seam underneath. Continue until meat and pasty is used.
  4. Cut 2 - 3 slashes in the surface with a very sharp knife. Brush with a little milk.
  5. Place onto an oven tray and bake for 15 – 20 minutes or until pasty is golden and meat cooked through. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
